Recruiting
Recruiters are responsible for:
- Conducting candidate sourcing activities using various tactics and tools such as cold calling, on-line job boards, social media, and our proprietary database
- Qualifying, presenting and recommending candidates that align with the client’s needs
- Building and maintaining a qualified database of candidates within your specific vertical, industry or skill set
- Effectively build candidate relationships in a highly competitive space
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to share market intel, including active leads, changes in industry/vertical, desired or sought after skill sets
- Negotiating candidate rates and other items affecting the placement of a candidate
- Meeting KPIs, revenue, and gross profit goals on a weekly and monthly basis
