Effectively build candidate relationships in a highly competitive space
Working collaboratively with the sales team to share market intel, including active leads, changes in industry/vertical, desired or sought after skill sets
Negotiating candidate rates and other items affecting the placement of a candidate
Meeting KPIs, revenue, and gross profit goals on a weekly and monthly basis
