Business Development Managers are responsible for:
  • Identify additional prospects, buyers and opportunities within named accounts through cold calling and other outbound activities
  • Work with senior leadership to drive strategic direction of named accounts
  • Work in collaboration with the Delivery organization to ensure client needs are met
  • Facilitate all client-facing activity required to secure new candidate placements, including presentation, interviewing and offer stage
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers and clients using our CRM to effectively manage the various stages of the sales process
  • Identify and secure new accounts for GHG
  • Meeting KPIs, revenue and gross profit goals on weekly and monthly basis
