Sales
Business Development Managers are responsible for:
- Identify additional prospects, buyers and opportunities within named accounts through cold calling and other outbound activities
- Work with senior leadership to drive strategic direction of named accounts
- Work in collaboration with the Delivery organization to ensure client needs are met
- Facilitate all client-facing activity required to secure new candidate placements, including presentation, interviewing and offer stage
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers and clients using our CRM to effectively manage the various stages of the sales process
- Identify and secure new accounts for GHG
- Meeting KPIs, revenue and gross profit goals on weekly and monthly basis
