Our client had recently partnered with a major drug store chain with a goal of putting their software and services in all their national locations. To deliver on this, our client needed to significantly increase the size of their staff. These needs included Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Analysts, Technical Install resources, Telecommunications professionals, Cloud Engineers, and Go-Live support resources.
Good Harbor Group entered into a strategic partnership to provide these types of resources over an 18-month period to help our client deliver against an aggressive implementation timeline.
This partnership resulted in decreased hiring timelines, improved fill ratios and a successful expansion of our client’s IT workforce.
The partnership remains active and many of the Good Harbor Group resources have become full-time member of the client’s team.
